The Gallery is open from Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. (last entrance at 6.00 p.m.).
On Friday, Saturday and Sunday the opening hours are from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. (last entrance at 7.00 p.m.).
Weekly closing day: Wednesday
Wednesday December 31st 2025 the Gallery will be open from 9.00 a.m to 7.00 p.m (last entrance 6 p.m.).
Reservations are recommended on this website.

Visitors can purchase tickets at the Ticket Office, which is open from the time the museum opens until one hour before closing time, or on this page, following the BOOK AND PURCHASE procedure.
Tickets purchased online allow immediate access to the Gallery on the day and time of the booking, without going through the Ticket Office.
Purchased tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Cancellations or changes to issued tickets are not permitted.

In the absence of a reservation with online ticket purchase, access cannot be guaranteed.
The “Guida Breve alla Galleria Doria Pamphilj” (Short Guide to the Doria Pamphilj Gallery) can be purchased at the bookshop located on the piano nobile in the Sala di Cadmo.
Visits will be limited and organized by online booking every 30 minutes at the following times:
Monday to Thursday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
From Friday to Sunday from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
In the absence of a reservation with the purchase of the ticket online will not be possible to guarantee access to the visitor.

PLEASE NOTE: The payment method will automatically take you to the Banca Sella portal. Be sure not to close your browser during the entire payment process, after which you will always have to return to the store via the appropriate button. On the day of your visit, you must adhere precisely to the timetable set out in your booking confirmation email. In case of delay, the custodians in charge of control may prevent access to the Gallery and in this case there will be no right to a refund.
There is no cloakroom service or use of the lift.
Animals, food and beverages and anything else specified in the safety and behaviour regulations are not permitted..
When booking a visit, it is understood that all persons have read, understood and fully accepted all the above rules, without exception. Any infringement will be brought to the attention of the relevant authorities and those who do not follow the rules may be expelled from the Gallery.
